钛合金中铝元素数字化光谱快速分析

摘    要：使用数字技术解决钛合金中Al元素两条灵敏谱线的观测问题,研究钛合金中Al元素的数字化分析技术,对钛合金中Al元素的Al396.15nm分析谱线组进行分析测定。结果可用于钛合金中Al元素的定性、定量分析和钛合金牌号鉴别。

Abstract: The difficulty on the observation of characteristic spectral line of aluminium is solved by digital analysis system.The digital analysis method is developed for visible spectrum of aluminium in Ti-based alloy.The character of Al396.15nm line groups in Ti-based alloy is researched.The results can meet the requirements for qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis on aluminium in Ti-based alloy,which also can be used to exactly examine alloy and avoid the commixing of material on spot.
