摘 要:研究了Al-Zn-Li-Mg-Cu-Zr合金在 393K ,433K和 473K时效过程中δ′相的长大规律 ,发现当合金在393K时效时 ,δ′相的长大符合LSW长大规律 ;当合金在 433K和 473K时效时 ,δ′相半径的 3次方与时效时间符合抛物线关系 ,这与在此温度下沉淀析出X相有关。
Abstract: The growth of δ ′ phase in a Al-Zn-Li-Mg-Cu-Zr alloy aged at 393?K, 433 K and 473 K was investigated. The results show that the growth of δ ′ phase obeys the LSW law when aged at 393?K. δ ′ particle size cubed against aging time shows a parabolic relationship when aged at 433?K and 473?K, which is related with the precipitation of X phase.
