摘    要:本文研究了含锰量不同的黑钨矿的可浮性、吸附行为及动电现象。用螯合剂1-亚硝基-2-萘酚及辛基羟肟酸作黑钨矿的捕收剂,结果表明螯合剂是细粒黑钨矿的有效捕收剂。有效浮选pH范围在pH=6.5到8.5之间,在该pH范围内,捕收剂在黑钨矿上的吸附量最大。含锰较高的黑钨矿在纯水中,具有较低的负ξ-电位,吸附捕收剂的能力较大,可浮性较好。根据实验结果和溶液化学平衡计算,讨论了捕收剂与锰、铁离子的相互作用及其差别,螯合捕收剂在黑钨矿上的化学吸附与锰离子螯合物的形成有更为密切的关系,表明锰离子与药剂离子的相互作用决定了黑钨矿的吸附及浮选行为。

Abstract: The flotability, adsorption behavior and electrokinetic phenomenon of wolframite withdifferent components were investigated. The chelating agents tested are effective collectorsfor wolframite flotation. Good flotation results of wolframife were obtained between pH 6.5and 8.5 in the range of which the adsorption of collectors on wolframite became maximum.Wolframite witb higher ratio of Mn to Fe exhibits a stronger adsorption affinity for collectorand better flotability. The interaction between collector and manganous ion and ferrous ionand their difference were discussed in relation to the experimental results and calculations ofchemical equilibrium in solution. Chemisorption of chelating agent on wolframite is moreclosely related to the formation of chelates of manganous ions with the reagents. It is sugge-sted that adsorption behavior and flotability of wolframite may be determined by the interac-tion between the agent and manganous ions of the mineral surface.
