摘 要:吸附稀土的粘土矿可以认为是粘土矿物上负载了稀土离子和其它阳离子的一种特殊无机交换“树脂”。本文应用离子交换的基本原理,研究了电解质与原矿中稀土的交换平衡,推导出吸附的稀土离子与电解质交换复杂体系的平衡计算公式,通过必要的假设,估计出交换反应的自由能变化。据此,解释了稀土交换率低的原因,提出了交换工艺的改进途径。
Abstract: The clay minerals of adsorbed rare earth can be seen as a special inorganic ion exchange resin. Those clay minerals adsorb rare earth ions and other cations. Exchange equilibrium of exchange reactions between rare earth ions in ore and electrolytic ion was studied on the basic theory of ion exchange in this paper. The equations of exchange equilibria are established. The change of free energy in exchange is estimated by means of some hypothese. The reasons for low exchange of rare earth can be explained and a new exchange technique is developed.
