木质和玉米秸秆成型燃料热重分析与燃烧动力学

摘    要:通过热重试验研究升温速率对木质颗粒和玉米秸秆颗粒成型燃料的燃烧过程及燃烧动力学特性的影响。通过对热重实验曲线的计算分析得出这2种生物质成型燃料在不同升温速率条件下的着火温度、燃烧稳定性判定指数Rw、挥发分析出特性指数Rv等燃烧特性参数,并获得活化能E与频率因子A等燃烧动力学参数。研究结果表明:热解过程主要分为燃料脱水干燥、挥发分析出及燃烧、焦炭燃烧3个阶段,其中,挥发分析出及燃烧阶段为主要质量损失阶段,热解过程随温度升高出现热滞后现象。研究结果对生物质成型燃料炉的设计和开发具有一定指导意义。

Abstract: The influence of heating rate on combustion process and combustion dynamic characteristics of moulding fuel of woodiness and cornstalk were studied by thermogravimetric analysis. Several combustion characteristic parameters of the two kinds of biomass moulding fuel which consist of the ignition temperature, the judgement index of combustion stability Rw and the characteristic index of volatilization releasing Rv were obtained through computing the thermogravimetry curves. Besides, several combustion kinetics parameters such as the activation energy E and the frequency factor A were also obtained by the calculation. The results show that the pyrolysis process undergoes three periods, i.e. fuel dehydration, volatilization releasing and combustion, the combustion of coke. The main mass loss phase is the volatilization releasing and combustion step. Thermal hysteresis would occur when the heating rate increases. The results of this study are helpful to the design and development of the biomass moulding fuel stove.
