摘    要:A computational model for nanotoxicology was developed based on the model proposed by International Commission on Radiological Protection.Herein,the fate and transport of inhaled nanoparticles in human respiratory tract were investigated by employing the compartmental model.The uncertainty analysis using Latin hypercube technique was performed to address the uncertainty level of the required parameters in modeling.This methodology could be employed in assessing the heath risks associated with general public or occupational exposure.
