摘 要:采用无压SHS和爆炸固结+SHS2种工艺分别制备了Ti/Al2O3梯度功能材料,得到的材料组织成分和性能均呈明显梯度变化,且爆炸固结+SHS工艺制得的FGM性能明显优于无压SHS法制得的FGM.
Abstract: Ti/Al2O3 FGM (Fundionally Gradient Materials) was prepared using vacuum SHS method and explosive compaction plus SHS method respectively. The structure, composition and properties of the materinal obtained showed obvious gradient change, and the properties of the FGM fabricated by explosive compaction plus SHS method were considerably better than those of the FGM prepared by vacuum SHS methad.
