铅锭白锈形成机理

摘 要:采用气体腐蚀、浸渍腐蚀、喷雾腐蚀、干湿交替腐蚀等方法,研究温度、湿度、酸度、水质和气氛等因素对铅锭腐蚀的影响;采用失重分析和X射线衍射等,对铅在各种腐蚀环境中产生的白锈进行研究。研究结果表明:在中性水中铅白锈主要成分为氢氧化铅;在高湿的大气中铅白锈主要成分为碱式碳酸铅;在潮湿含SO2工业大气中铅白锈主要成分为Pb4(CO3) 2 (SO4)(OH) 2,其次为PbSO4;造成铅腐蚀产生白锈的最主要因素是水,其次是高温、高湿以及大气中的O2。
Abstract: By the methods of gas corroding, water dipping , foggy spraying and intermittent dry-hu-midity ,the influences of temperature, humidity and acidity on corrosion of lead were investigated .The white rust of lead in all kind of corrosion environment was studied by means of X-ray and chemical analysis. The results show that white rust of lead consists of Pb(OH) 2 in neutral water, 3PbCO3·2Pb(OH) 2·H2O in high humidity atmosphere, and protective membrance of Pb4(CO3) 2 (SO4)(OH) 2 and PbSO4 in humidity atmosphere containing SO2, respectively. The main effect factor on lead corrosion is water, the subsequently factors are temperature, high humidity and O2 in atmosphere.
