扩散温度对Cu-Sn粉末压制与烧结性能的影响

摘 要:热扩散法是制取部分合金化Cu-SN粉末的途径之一,作者研究了扩散温度对Cu-SN粉末压制与烧结性能的影响,实验结果表明,Cu-SN粉末的压实性及烧结胀大现象,都随着扩散温度的提高而降低,Cu粉颗粒越粗,获得具有相同烧结性能的Cu-SN粉末的扩散温度越高。
Abstract: The mixtures of copper powder and tin powder show large dirnensional change duringsintering-sintering expansion which makes control of the final dimensions difflcult.The de-gree of sintering expansion can be reduced by using partially alloyed Cu-Sn powder.Therrnaldiffusion is one,of the methods of producing partially alloyed Cu-Sn powder.The effect ofdiffusion temperature on compressihility and sinterability of Cu-Sn powder was studied.Theexperimental results indicate that the compressibilily and sintering expansion of Cu-Sn pow-der decrease with the raising diffusion temperature.The coarser the copper particle and thehigher the green density of compact,the higher the diffusion temperature to obtain the Cu-Sn powder possessing the same sinterability.
