施亚硒酸纳对纽荷尔脐橙含硒量的影响

摘    要：研究了外源硒亚硒酸钠对赣南纽荷尔脐橙产量和含硒量的影响结果表明，对纽荷尔脐橙果树施亚硒酸钠后，不仅可以提高脐橙的产量，还能显著提高脐橙中硒的含量，脐橙中硒的含量随着亚硒酸钠量的增加而增加；与对照组相比，富硒脐橙中硒含量的增幅达到105%～2718%；所测富硒脐橙样本的硒含量在0.009 mg/kg~0.03 mg/kg之间，试验初步验证，硒元素在赣南纽荷尔脐橙培植转化的富集效应是很明显的.

Abstract: This paper studies the effects of Niuher navel oranges yield and Se content in Gannan Niuer selenium-rich navel oranges. The results show that applying sodium selenite to Niuer navel oranges could raise the Se content in navel oranges and yield, which increased with the enhancing sodium selenite. The selenium content amplitude determined of the Selenium-rich navel oranges were from 105% to 2718% compared with the comparison group. The selenium content obtained from the Selenium-rich navel oranges was from 0.009 mg/kg to 0.03 mg/kg. These results prove that the selenium enrichment effect under the condition of selenium cultivation and transformation in Gannan Niuer navel oranges is prominent.
