砂卵石层泥浆护壁与旋挖钻进工艺

摘    要:采用经典土力学滑动理论,分析砂性土地层的孔壁稳定性与泥浆护壁机理;应用岩石破碎学理论,探讨旋挖钻头的碎岩过程,在此基础上研究旋挖钻进的工艺方法、技术参数和泥浆性能指标。研究结果表明:对孔壁起稳定作用的关键因素是泥浆的密度,随着泥浆密度的增大,孔壁稳定性增加;采用高分子聚合物泥浆,增加凝胶作用,能较好地解决旋挖成孔速度与孔壁稳定性之间的矛盾;孔内压力降低值随钻具提升速度的变化而变化,提升速度越大,压力降低越大,越容易造成孔壁不稳定。

Abstract: Using the classical theory of soil mechanics, the land of sand layer hole wall and mechanism of slurry wall were analyzed, and the rotary drilling bit of broken rock process was discussed using the theory of broken rock. The process of rotary drilling method, technical parameters and mud performance were discussed. The results show that the hole wall has a stabilizing effect, and the key is the heavy mud. With the increase of the mud density, the stability of hole wall increases. The use of high polymer slurry can increase the gel effect, and the contradiction between the land of sand layer hole wall and its drilling speed can be solved. Fall value of hole-pressure increases with the increase of drilling bit speed.
