考虑钢筋锈蚀的钢筋混凝土矩形梁恢复力模型研究

摘    要:为建立考虑钢筋锈蚀钢筋混凝土(reinforced concrete,RC)矩形梁的恢复力模型,首先采用人工气候环境法对6榀RC矩形梁试件进行加速腐蚀试验,进而进行拟静力试验;其次,综合考虑锈蚀程度和配箍率对RC矩形梁承载力和变形能力的影响,建立适用于锈蚀劣化RC矩形梁骨架曲线特征点的计算模型;第三,引入循环退化指数βi,考虑累积损伤效应造成的强度和刚度退化,提出适用于锈蚀劣化RC矩形梁的滞回规则;进而建立了考虑锈蚀劣化RC矩形梁的恢复力模型;最后,选取不同锈蚀程度和配箍率的RC矩形梁试件,将其试验结果与计算所得骨架曲线特征参数和滞回曲线进行对比验证。研究结果表明:所建恢复力模型的骨架曲线与试验结果吻合较好,同时能够较好地描述锈蚀劣化RC矩形梁在低周往复荷载作用下的滞回特性,可为锈蚀RC结构弹塑性建模分析提供理论依据。

Abstract: To establish the restoring force model of reinforced concrete(RC) rectangular beams considering reinforcement corrosion, accelerated corrosion tests were applied to six RC rectangular beam specimens using the artificial climatic environment method. Quasi-static tests were conducted on the beam specimens. Secondly, the influence of both the corrosion level and stirrup ratio on the load-carrying and deformation capacity of the specimens were analyzed. A model was proposed for calculating the characteristic points of the skeleton curves of corroded RC rectangular beams. Thirdly the cyclic degradation index βi was used to account for the strength and stiffness degradation caused by the cumulative damage effect. Finally, the hysteresis rule and restoring force model for corroded RC rectangular beams were established. The calculation results of the specimens with different corrosion levels and stirrup ratios were verified with the corresponding test results. The results show that the skeleton curves of the established restoring force model are in good agreement with the test results. The model captures the hysteretic response of the corroded specimens under low reversed cyclic loads well. The research results is helpful for the nonlinear numerical modeling of corroded RC structures.
