摘 要:采用化学共沉淀法制得的90W-Ni-Cu重合金复合粉具有粒度细、成形性好,成分均匀的优点.本文研究了共沉淀条件对复合粉性能的影响及复合粉还原的相变过程;对制得的合金进行了断口形貌分析和性能测试。结果表明,采用化学共沉淀粉可以降低合金的烧结温度,改善合金成分的均匀性,提高合金的性能.
Abstract: The 9O-Ni-Cu heavy metals composite powders produced by using chemical co-precipitation method have a finer grain size,adequate compactibility and homogeneous distribution inchemical composition,Effects of chemical co-precipitation condition on the properties of com-posite powders and the phase transformation during H2 reduction of composite powders havebeen studied.The properties and fracture morphology of heavy metals made by the compositepowders have been checked.The chemical co-precipitation method can decrease sinteringtemperature and improve alloy composition homogeneity.
