T型中间包湍流控制器对夹杂物去除的影响

摘 要:通过水力学模拟试验和数值模拟试验,研究湍流控制器对夹杂物上浮去除的影响,并比较了有无湍流控制器时中间包内夹杂物颗粒的运动轨迹。湍流控制器使从大包注入的钢液返流到达自由表面,从而消除中间包底部流,发展表面流,有利于夹杂物的去除。其中湍流控制器+挡坝的结构对促进夹杂物去除效果最好。
Abstract: The influence of turbulence controller on inclusion removal was studied by means of water modeling experiments and numerical simulation.The moving trajectories of inclusion particles in tundish were compared with and without turbulence controller.By use of the turbulent controller,the molten steel can easily flow from the bottom to the surface of liquid steel,thus,the short circular flow is eliminated and the surface flow can be developed,and it’s helpful to remove the inclusion.The combination of turbulence controller and dam showed a better result in removing inclusion in tundish.
