Sialon结合SiC耐火材料的高温碱侵蚀行为

摘 要:研究了采用新工艺合成的低成本Sialon结合SiC耐火材料在900℃和1300℃时的碱侵蚀动力学及碱侵蚀机理,研究发现,Sialon/SiC耐火材料在1300℃时的吸碱量低于900℃时的吸碱量。这归结于在1300℃时沉积碳部分地还原了K2O,从而阻碍了碱对Sialon/SiC耐火材料的侵蚀。Sialon/SiC耐火材料耐碱侵蚀能力高于Si3N4/SiC耐火材料。
Abstract: A new technique proposed by author was used to prepare Sialon-bonded silicon carbiderefractories,whose cost is lower than those by ordinary methods. An investigation on the be-havior of alkali attack for the refractories at temperatures of 900℃ and 1300℃ and the cor-responding mechanism and kinetics of alkali attack have been carried out in this paper. It wasfound that,alkali absorption amount of the Sialon/SiC refractories at 1300℃ is less thanthat at 900℃ because of the reduction of K2O to K vapor by deposited carbon in pores or onsuface of the materials,the reaction between alkali and the refractories being balked.It wasalso shown that,the Sialon/SiC refractories'resistance to the alkali attack is superior to thatof Si3N4/SiC refractories.
