摘 要:研究了不同动力学工艺参数对热爆合成Ti-Al2O3金属陶瓷过程和热爆产物显微结构的影响。结果表明 :升温速率越快 ,起爆温度越低 ,热爆产物显微形貌中晶粒生长得越不均匀 ;预热温度越高 ,热爆产物显微形貌中晶粒越小 ;原料粒度越小 ,起爆温度越低 ,热爆产物显微形貌中晶粒越小 ;并计算出该体系的表观活化能E为 585.6kJ/mol。
Abstract: The effect of processing variables on reaction process and the microstructure of cermet product were investigated for thermal explosion synthesis of Al-TiO2 system. It showed that increasing heating rate causes both a decrease in the starting thermal explosion temperature and the unevenness of Al2O3 particle size in final product. With the increase of pre-heating temperature, the particle size of Al2O3 in final product decreases. With the increase of reactant particle size of Al, both the starting thermal explosion temperature and the particle size of Al2O3 in final product increase gradually. The apparent activation energy of the thermal explosion system was measured to be 585.6kJ/mol.
