电解工艺对镍粉粒度及其分布的影响

摘 要:对电解工艺与Ni粉粒度和粒度组成的关系作了研究。结果表明:ρNi2+为3g/L时,粒度小于10.8μM的粉末可高达99.3%;电流密度为1500A/m2时,粒度为2.7~8.1μm粉末占全部粉末的80%;随着(NH4)2SO4含量增大,Ni粉粒度变粗;电解液温度以40~50℃为佳;每次刷粉时间以20~30min为宜.
Abstract: The particle size and particle size distribution of electrolytic Ni powder are closely related to processing conditions.It has been found that the amount of powders with particle diameter under 10.8 μm is as high as 99.3%,when ρNi2+ is 3 g/L;powders with 2. 7~8.1 μm reach 80% of its tatal,when current density is 1500 A/m2.The particles will be coarsened while content of (NH4)2SO4 in electrolyte increases.The best electrolyte temperature is 40~50℃, and the best schedule of brushing powder is 20~30 min.
