摘    要:为解决氧化铝厂蒸发器结垢的问题,提 出了在蒸发液中添加固体粒子,使蒸发器加热管中形成气 液 固三相流化床.通过冷模试验,证明此法可以依靠气 液混合物带动粒子沿管程上升构成循环,为蒸发器的在线除垢提供了一个新途径.此外,还研讨了气速、液速、溶液密度及粒子直径等参数之间的相互关系.

Abstract: The DSP scale in evaporator of an alumina factory is the important reason for the high energy consumption and there has been no way to solve this problem before. The author′s have advanced a new method of putting solid particls in evaporation liquid and forming a three phase fluidization bed of steam-liquid-solid in the heated tube of evaporator. A cold model experiment proved that this method can prevent scale-deposition and is a new way of in-situ eliminating DSP scale in evaporator by steam-liquid flow raising particls up along the tube to form a cycle. The relationship between steam velocity, liquid velocity, liquid density and particl diameter was studied in the present paper.
