电解液性质对阳极氧化铝膜形貌的影响

摘    要:通过对不同pH的电解液中的铝片进行阳极氧化,研究电解液性质和添加剂对强电解液中阳极氧化铝(anodic alumina oxide,AAO)形貌的影响,并采用场发射扫描电镜对氧化膜的表面和侧面进行表征。研究结果表明:电解质溶液是影响AAO膜整体形貌的主要因素,溶液的pH对AAO膜的表面形貌有较大影响;常用的酸性电解质如硫酸、草酸、磷酸等溶液可制备有序性较好的AAO膜;在NaOH、氨水等碱性电解液中,可以制备小孔径的AAO膜,但难以形成有序性较好的表面形貌;添加剂的加入可显著改善电解液性质和氧化膜构型,得到更为规则有序的孔洞结构;电解液性质对阳极氧化铝膜形貌有重要影响。

Abstract: Aluminum sheets were anodic oxidized in electrolyte at different pH, and the effect of pH and additives in strong electrolyte on anodic alumina oxide(AAO) morphology was studied. In addition, the surface and cross section of the oxide film were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the properties of electrolyte are the main factors that affect the overall morphology of the AAO film, and the pH of electrolyte has significant effect on the surface morphology of the AAO film. Well ordered AAO film can be prepared in common electrolyte such as sulfuric acid, oxalic acid and phosphoric acid. In alkaline electrolyte such as NaOH and ammonia, AAO film with small pore size can be prepared with the relatively low ordered surface morphology. The addition of additives can significantly improve the electrolyte properties and oxide film structure with more regular pores. The properties of electrolyte have important effects on the morphology of AAO film.
