摘 要:The article presents results of the computer simulation of quenching large-size parts in water and aqueous solutions. It has been shown that the main attention should be paid to eliminating film boiling and providing uniform cooling at the surface of the part to be quenched. Simplified formulas for calculating the optimal time of cooling large-size steel parts are presented.
