Abstract: The fifty years of practice of Chinese economic reform show that, the establishing of modern enterprise system is the best model of Chinese reform of enterprises. The core content of modern enterprise system is the reform of property rights system. According to the feature and present situation of Chinese nonferrous enterprises, the paper put forward a concrete way to implement modern enterprise system in nonferrous metal enterprises.
