特宽铝合金薄板新工艺

摘    要：提出了一种生产特宽铝合金薄板分段多次旋压新工艺,阐明了本工艺的实验基础和解决产品几何尺寸与质量的若干技术对策.本工艺可解决国内其它生产方式无法生产的3500mm特宽铝合金军用薄板的生产问题.

Abstract: A kind of new process,sectional multiple spin, used to produce wide Al alloy sheet is put forward. Besides, experimental fundament and some technical measures to solve demension and quality problems of the products are described. By means of this process, wide Al alloy army sheet (3500 mm) which was difficult to produce by the normal methods in our country can be produced.
