工艺条件对氢氧化锆凝胶性能的影响

摘 要:研究了共沉淀法制备氢氧化锌凝胶的工艺条件对凝胶的物理、化学性能的影响,结果表明:氢氧化结干凝胶具有二次团聚结构;在凝胶干燥前,采用乙醇脱水或有机高分子表面活性剂处理可以显著降低干凝胶的团聚体密度;在煅烧过程中,氢氧化锆干凝胶内部的结构配位水、架桥羟基与非架桥经基的排除主要在100~200℃的温度范围内,并伴随有显著的吸热现象;不同的工艺条件对氧化锆的晶化温度影响不大;经DTA-TG分析证实,乙醇可与凝胶发生化学反应,其生成物的热分解温度约为370℃,并伴随明显的放热现象.
Abstract: The effect of processing conditions on the physical and chemical properties of zirconiumhydroxide gels prepared by chemical coprecipitation is investigated.It is shown that the driedgels prepared under different conditions are characterized by two-level aggIomeration struc-ture and that lower agglomerate density can be obtained by alcohol dehydration or by surfactant treatment before gel drying, DTA-TG analysis shows that the coordinated watermolecules and non-bridged hydroxyls within zirconium hydroxide gels are mainly removedbetween 100℃ and 200℃. It is also proved that the interaction between alcohol and zirconi-um hydroxide gels may happen during alcohol washing and that the resultant is pyrolyzed at370℃ accompanied by marked exothermicity.
