柱齿钎头适用技术的研究

摘    要：本文从柱齿钎头适用性出发,探讨了钎头的结构设计,分析了新的加工技术和固齿工艺,通过生产实践考核,对提高针头使用寿命和凿岩速度取得了显著效果。

Abstract: From the applicability of a button bit, this paper searches into the planning of the construction of a button bit, analyses the processing tech- nique and the technique of insert on a button bit. Through examinations in production practice, it confirms that they have achieved evident effect on elongating the time of application and raising the velocity of drilling.
