成排侧开圆孔受弯构件的应力简化和刚度等效

摘    要:对侧向成排开设圆孔的矩形截面受弯构件的平面进行有限元分析,发现各截面应变分布不符合经典的平截面假定,但对于截面纵向伸缩或一段构件长度上的平均应变,平截面假定仍然适用;邻孔之间的中央实心截面(墩心截面)上弯曲正应力分布不满足线性关系,其高度中部存在近零应力区段,而其上、下两部分的应力接近于线性分布。在此基础上,提出基于位移有限元解按经典梁刚度定义计算开孔梁等效抗弯刚度的方法,得到相应的刚度折减系数表;提出墩心截面应力分布三折线简化假定,建立相应的截面弯矩—边缘应力—受力区高度关系式,并根据数值分析结果拟合得到受力区高度与孔径、孔距的相关方程。计算结果表明,该应力计算近似方法简便、实用,计算精度较高。

Abstract: Finite elementanalyses aremade for flexuralmemberswith rectangular sections and lateral circle perforations in line. The results indicate the longitudinal strain distribution atany section isn′t in accordancewith the traditional assumption ofplane sections remaining plane. As to the average strains over a length of the member, however, the traditional assumption is still applicable. The normal stresses at mid-pier sections between adjacentholes are not proportional to their distances to themid-height point of section. A newmethod is proposed to calculate the equivalent flexural stiffness, and tri-linear distribution is suggested forapproximate calculation of the bending stresses atmid-pier sections. The relationship is accordingly established among bendingmomen,t edge stress of the section and depth of the linearly stressed district. The depth of the stressed district is expressed as a function ofdiameterand space of the holes. The calculated results show that the stress calculation of themid-pier sections is simple and practica,l and that the calculated precision is high.
