一种复合材料弹性模量的计算方法

摘 要:利用动态弹性模量测试仪测试采用粉末冶金和喷射沉积方法制备的SiC颗粒增强6066/SiC复合材料的弹性模量Ec。研究结果表明:对于粉末冶金方法制备的6066/SiC复合材料, SiC体积分数φ在0~40%时,Ec与φ之间的关系近似为线性关系,数值拟合后可以表示为:Ec=69.8+1.795φ;而对于喷射沉积制备的6066/SiC复合材料,当SiC体积分数在9%~15%时,Ec与φ之间关系为:Ec=69.8+1.402φ;为计算其他体系复合材料的弹性模量,引入J因子,利用公式Ec(J) = [∑Ni=1(φiEJi)]1/J可以预测各种不同复合材料体系的弹性模量。对于粉末冶金制备的SiC颗粒增强6066/SiC复合材料体系,J取0.10。
Abstract: The elastic modulus (Ec) of SiC particle reinforced 6066/SiC composites made by powder metallurgy and sprayed deposition were measured by dynamic elastic modulus tester. The results show that for powder metallurgy prepared 6066/SiC, as the volume fraction (φ) of SiC changes from 0 to 40%, there is a linear relation between Ec and φ as follows:Ec=69.8+1.795φ; and for sprayed deposition prepared 6066/SiC, the relation is Ec=69.8+1.402φ, where φis 9% -15%. Meanwhile, in order to calculate the elastic modulus of various composites, factor J is introduced and the equation of Ec(J) = [∑Ni=1(φiEJi)]1/J is used. For powder metallurgy prepared 6066/SiC composites,J is 0.10.
