摘    要:本文介绍了自建滚压破岩实验台的结构、实验原理、液压系统、测试原理与方法,以及进一步完善的意见。该实验台结构简单,造价低廉,试块尺寸达1200×600×700毫米,最大垂直压力44吨,水平推力22吨,滚压速度约0.4米/秒,可供各种实尺滚刀进行破岩实验;经过适当改装后,还可进行刨切及高压水-机械滚压等联合破岩实验,对教学和科研均有一定的作用。

Abstract: The following contents concerning the full scale disc cutting device designed by the authors are introduced in this paper: construction, operation principles, hydraulic system, principle and method of its measuring system, and the idea for the future improvement. The device features simple construction and low cost. A rock sample of as large as 1200×600×700mm in dimension can be used for test. Its maximum vertical pressure is 44 tons, and maximum horizontal force 22 tons. The current maximum rolling speed of the cutter is 0.4 m/s, but can be increased further to 0.74 m/s. Up to now, this device has been mainly used for rock fragmentation by disc cutter in laboratory and it can be expected to work in other research field, e. g. in cutting rock by a combination technique of mechanical disc and high preasure water jet etc.
