Conductivity of K10H3[Dy(SiW4Mo7O39)2] Treated by Chemistry-Heated Diffusion of Sm and Gd Permeation

Abstract: Chemistry-heated diffused permeation was used to treat POMs. ICP, IR, TG-DTA, XPS were used to characterize K10H3[Dy(SiW4Mo7O39)2] and the sample. The result show that Sm and Gd can be permeated into the body of this sample, chemical bonds forming between Sm and other components and the conductivity of K10H3[Dy(SiW4Mo7O39)2] improves by 0.93 56×104 times.
