一种电流型并联谐振DBD臭氧电源

摘    要:研究一种新型电流馈电式并联电感补偿负载谐振DBD臭氧发生器供电电源。该电源功率级由BUCK斩波电路和单相桥式逆变器组成。斩波器工作于固定频率PWM方式,采用输出电流闭环控制实现放电功率的调节,逆变器控制采用数字频率锁相跟踪技术使电源工作在小容性准谐振状态。对该电源的工作原理进行分析,给出斩波电路电流负反馈PI调节器、逆变器数字频率锁相跟踪算法的原理和实现方法、关键控制电路和IGBT驱动电路的详细设计。实验结果表明:调节电源直流电流能有效地调节发生器放电功率,电源输出功率因数高于0.98,系统稳定可靠。

Abstract: The current source-fed type parallel inductor-compensated load resonant power supply used in dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) ozonizer was studied, which consists of a Buck chopper and a single-phase bridge inverter. In order to adjust discharge power, a current closed-loop control of the chopper working in a fixed frequency was applied, while the frequency tracking and phase-locked technology were used to ensure the inverter work in a small capacitive quasi-resonant state. In addition, the working principle of power supply was analyzed, and the principle and implement method of control system were recommended with current feedback PI controller, frequency tracking technology and design of the key circuit. The results show that the discharge power can be adjusted by regularizing the DC current of power supply effectively, the output power factor is higher than 0.98, and the system is stable and reliable.
