火花源原子发射光谱分析纯铜中铁和磷结果稳定性的探讨

摘    要:针对影响火花源原子发射光谱分析纯铜中铁、磷元素稳定性的多种因素进行了初步探讨。试验中发现仪器的稳定性、试样的制备、氩气纯度、光室真空度、控样的选择等都对纯铜中铁、磷元素分析结果稳定性产生影响。为提高分析结果稳定准确性,采取了五方面改进措施:对仪器定期或按需描迹,对工作曲线的漂移使用再校准样品进行修正;取样模具应根据样品成分不同而制,块状样品和板材样品加工各有不同;保证氩气纯度,发现激发斑异常及时更换;光室真空度根据观察情况和短波元素绝对强度变化来确定;控样和分析试样采用相同或相近的熔炼方法,保证其均匀性和准确性。采取以上措施后,纯铜标准样品测定结果的再现性满足标准的要求。

Abstract: Many factors influencing the determination stability of iron and phosphorus in pure copper by spark source atomic emission spectrometry were preliminarily discussed.It was found that the stability of instruments,the preparation of sample,the purity of argon,the vacuum of light room and the selection of control sample all affected the analytical result stability of iron and phosphorus in pure copper.In order to improve the stability and accuracy of analysis results,five measures were carried out: tracing the instrument on schedule or demand;correcting the drift of working curve with re-calibrated sample;preparing the sampling mold according to the composition or shape of samples,guaranteeing the purity of argon and replacing the argon if abnormal provocative patch appeared;determining the vacuum of light room according to the observation and the absolute intensity change of shortwave elements;adopting the same or similar melting method for control sample and testing sample to guarantee the homogeneity and accuracy.By adopting the above-mentioned methods,pure copper standard samples were tested.The reproducibility could meet the requirements of standard.
