摘 要：<正>This paper analyzes the basic characters ofoptimum open-pit limit.According to them,following gener-al rule for designing pit limit is obtained.The incrementalstripping ratios is not greater than the break-even strippingratios,or the net incremental value is not less than zero.Therule can be used both in traditional and cmputer methods asdirect basis to determine an optimum limit for any kinds ofdeposit.
