PVDF-Al2O3微孔膜电解质的制备及性能

摘    要:以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂、水为凝固浴、纳米Al2O3为添加剂经相转移制备聚偏氟乙烯PVDF-Al2O3聚合物电解质,采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱、热重分析以及交流阻抗和线性扫描对所制聚合物膜进行表征。实验结果表明:Al2O3与PVDF的质量比为10%时,微孔膜综合性能最佳,吸液率可达79.8%,断裂强度为15.15 MPa,电导率(20 ℃)为0.41 mS/cm,电化学稳定窗口可达5.5 V (vs. Li/Li+)。

Abstract: PVDF-Al2O3 micro-spores membranes were prepared by the phase inversion process in different amounts of Al2O3 in the samples. Using N, N-dimethylformamide as solvent and water as coagulating bath. The membranes were characterized by SEM, FTIR, TGA, AC impedance and linear scan voltammeter methods. The results indicate that the composite membrane performs the best when mass ratio of PVDF and Al2O3 is 1:0.1, with liquid uptake rate of 79.8%, fracture strength of 15.15 MPa and ionic conductivity of 0.41 mS/cm. The electrochemical character of the gel polymer electrolyte is stable under 5. 5 V.
