高炉块状带焦炭反应性的研究

摘    要：研究了高炉块状带内焦炭的碳素损失情况及焦炭反应性的变化情况。结果表明,在高炉块状带内,焦炭的碳素损失从上到下呈增加的趋势,但增加不超过10%;在高炉炉身上部及中部,焦炭反应性指数变化不大,但是从炉身下部开始明显增加,至炉腹部位,焦炭反应性指数高达60.75%,几乎是入炉焦的3倍;焦粉热重反应性指数与块焦焦炭反应性指数有很好的对应关系,二者变化趋势一致。

Abstract: The carbon loss of coke and the change of coke reactivity index in lump zone of blast furnace were studied.The results show that the carbon loss is increased from top to bottom of the blast furnace lump zone,and is less than 10%.The coke reactivity index changes a little in the upper and middle part of blast furnace stack,and is significantly increased from the lower part of blast furnace stack and up to 60.75% in bosh position,which is almost three times of the coke reactivity index of the coke into blast furnace.The thermo-gravimetry reactivity index of coke powder shows an obviously corresponding relationship and similar changing trend with the coke reactivity index of lump coke.
