Fluorescence of Eu-Enoxacin-Phen Complex and New Tissue Staining Method

摘 要:New complex Eu(ENX)3(phen)Cl3·2H2O that gives off red fluorescence was synthesized. The results show that the strong fluorescence emitting of 593 and 615 nm for Eu3+ in the Eu(ENX)3(phen)Cl3·2H2O complex is related to the transitions 5D0-7F1 and 5D0-7F2, respectively. It is possible that the Eu-Enoxacin-Phen complex can be developed as a fluorescent dye in biological and pathological studies. The results indicate that the complex is concentrated on the nuclei regions in the section of onion root tip tissues and the nuclei are high lighted under fluorescent microscope.
