油水两相流超声波衰减测试方法

摘    要:针对油水两相流过程参数超声衰减测试机理问题,采用基于有限元方法的多物理场耦合数值仿真技术,建立超声波激励作用下的被测场二维几何剖分模型。通过计算油水两相流场中超声波的声压,分析超声衰减随两相流相含率变化的规律。对油水两相流水包油核心流、油水分层流,以及均匀分布的分散流分布状态下,不同的油相含率对超声衰减的影响进行数值模拟和实验验证。研究结果表明:不同的相分布和相含率对超声衰减影响较大,且之间存在一定的规律。

Abstract: According to mechanism of the ultrasound attenuation measurement in oil-water two-phase flow, the multiphysics coupling numerical simulation of the finite element method was used to build two-dimension geometric subdivision model of the measured field with the ultrasonic excitation. The ultrasonic sound pressure was calculated in oil-water two-phase flow field, and the laws between the ultrasonic attenuation with the phase fraction changing of the two phase flow were analyzed. In the distribution states of the core flow, stratified flow, and the uniform distribution flow in oil-in-water two-phase flow, the effects of different oil fraction on ultrasonic attenuation were numerically simulated and experimentally verified. The results show that different phase distributions and phase fractions have a great influence on the ultrasonic attenuation, and there are certain regularities between them.
