压力和温度对Al-Cu-Fe系准晶合金相变的影响

摘 要:采用X射线衍射、透射电镜等手段研究了高压下Al65Cu20FE15等快速凝固粉末中准晶及晶体相的相变问题,在800℃,6GPA条件下,准晶粉末中的晶体相基本上转变为二十面体准晶相。在常压下,准晶相在高温转变为晶体相.压力对相变热力学有显著影响。
Abstract: Phase transformation of RS Al65Cu20Fe15 and Al-Cu-Fe-Li powders under high pressurewere studied by using X-ray diffractometer and TEM.It was found that under 6 GPa and800℃,most of the crystalline phases in the powders transformed to quasicrystalline icosahe-dral phases.At ambient pressure,quasicrystalline phase in the powder transformed to crys-talline phases.Pressure dramatically affects the thermodynamics of the phase transforma-tion.
