摘 要:长期以来,产品可靠性寿命指标都是用实际样品作破坏性试验来获得的.因此,可靠性试验是一项费时且费用又高的工作.本文探讨了用灰色系统GM(1,1)模型对可靠性寿命试验数据进行拟合和预测,以达到减少受试样本,节省大量时间和费用的目的.实例结果表明,该方法简单、实用,模型精度高,适用于在可靠性工程领域中应用.
Abstract: Reliability life index of products is obtained from destructive test of real samples. Therefore, reliability life test is a time-consuming and costly job. The method in which grey system GM(1,1) model is used to fit and forecast the reliability life test data is probed in this paper. The object of the method is to reduce the test samples and save a lot of time and cost. An example shows that this method is simple and practical and has a high precision. It is suited to be applied in reliability engineering.
