摘 要：<正>Piezoelectric ceramics based on PZT ceram-ics were prepared in solid state reaction with mixture ofPbO,TiO2 and ZrO2,etc.XRD and SEM were used to con-firm that the main phase in the material is tetragonal P4mmsymmetry.Samples sintered are of high density.Measurementon polarized products indicate that dielectric constant,piezo-electric constant,electromechanic coupling factor and mechan-ical quality factor are εr=2015,d33=578.06×10-12C/N,K33=0.81 and Qm=543.8,.respectively.
