热带退火对00Cr17Ti薄板成形性能的影响

摘 要:通过对00Cr17Ti经热带退火、不经热带退火两种工艺的对比试验,在分析显微组织、织构、R值和ΔR值的基础上,研究了热带退火对00Cr17Ti薄板成形性能的影响。研究结果表明:与不经热带退火相比,经热带退火能使00Cr17Ti薄板的R值提高约0.2,但是,ΔR值会增大约0.7。这是由两种工艺的成品薄板在显微组织、织构上的差异造成的。与不经热带退火相比,经热带退火的成品薄板具有更大的晶粒尺寸、更加均匀的组织以及更强的{111}再结晶织构,这使-R值提高,但是,其{111}γ取向线上各织构组分强度的非常不一致却导致ΔR值明显偏大。
Abstract: Comparative experiments with or without annealing of 00Cr17Ti hot-rolled band were carried out.The effect of annealing of hot-rolled band on the formability of 00Cr17Ti cold-rolled and annealed sheet was investigated by analyzing microstructure,texture,-value and ΔR-value.The results show that the-value of cold-rolled and annealed sheet with annealing of hot-rolled band is about 0.2 higher than that without annealing,however,the ΔR-value is increased about 0.7.The differences are attributed to microstructure and texture of the two final sheets.The sheet with annealing of hot-rolled band has much larger grain,more homogenous microstructure and much stronger {111} recrystallization texture than that without annealing,which lead to the increase of-value,but the more non-uniform intensity distributions along γ-fiber results in a great increase of ΔR-value.
