隧洞施工开挖过程初次支护时机选择方法

摘    要:建立某隧洞的二维和三维数值模型,分别以开挖荷载释放率和掌子面与监测断面间的距离为控制参数,研究二维数值分析中的最佳初次支护时机问题和三维数值分析中的开挖面空间效应问题,并从隧洞开挖过程中围岩的变形规律出发,分析开挖荷载释放率和掌子面与监测断面间距离之间的关系。提出位移完成率的概念,并以此构建开挖荷载释放率和掌子面与监测断面间距离之间的对应关系,最终给出基于位移完成率的最佳初次支护时机选择方法。研究结果表明:不同支护时机下围岩稳定性差别明显;随着开挖荷载释放率的增大和开挖过程中掌子面的推进,监测断面的围岩位移不断增大直至最终稳定。

Abstract: Two-dimension (2D) and three-dimension (3D) numerical models were developed for the given underground tunnel. The optimal initial supporting time in 2D numerical model and the spatial effect of excavation face in 3D numerical model were discussed based on two parameters of excavation load release rate and the distance between constraints and monitoring section respectively. Meanwhile, the relationship between these two parameters was analyzed according to the deformation law of surrounding rock during excavation. In addition, the correlativity between excavation load release rate and the distance between constraints and monitoring section was built on the concept of displacement completion rate. A method was put forward to choose optimal initial supporting time during tunnel excavations based on the displacement completion rate. The results indicate that the stability of surrounding rock varies obviously with different supporting time. And the displacement of surrounding rock increases with the increase of excavation load release rate and the advance of excavation before reaching peak value and keeping stable.
