微量Ag对Al-Mg-Li-Zr合金时效特性和微观组织的影响

摘 要:研究了添加微量银对Al-Mg-Li-Zr合金的机械性能和时效组织的影响,通过对时效硬度、拉伸强度、延伸率的测试以及X射线衍射与TEM观察表明,微量银的加入可使Al-Mg-Li-Zr合金得到显著硬化和强化,同时推迟了时效峰值的显现;银的含量越大,合金的过时效越缓慢;在Al-Mg-Li合金中加入质量分数为0.52%的银可生成T相;同时微量银的加入,抑制了δ'相的长大.
Abstract: The mechanical properties and ageing microstructure of the Al-Mg-Li-Zr alloys contain-ing small additions of silver were studied.It is found that small quantitiesL of silver may modi-fy the ageing characteristics of Al-Mg-Li-Zr alloys,the ageing peaks were delayed by smalladditions of silver,and the more silver was added,the slower the overage became.The TEMobservation shows that silver prevents the growth ofδ'phase.
