摘    要:本文运用化学物相分析方法,完成了炼镁工艺中氯化镁熔体的主要成分的分析,并制定了分析方案。用无水乙醇作为选择性熔剂,有效地提高了溶解的选择性和分析的准确度,以及氯化效率测定的准确性,从而为炼镁工艺中选择氯化条件提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract: Analytical methods for the main components of magnesium chloride melt in metallurgical process of magnesium by chemical phase was studied. Absolute alcohol instead of water was used as selective solvent to separate magnesium chloride, calcium chloride from magnesium oxide and calcium oxide. The selectivity of dissolution, the accuracy of the analysis and the determination of chloridizing efficiency have been improved greatly. Accordingly, accurate bases can be provided for the selection of the conditionsfor chlorination. Also, the solubility of calcium oxide and magnesium oxide in water and in absolute alcohol were determined respectively. A simple, rapid, accurate and reliable method of complexometric titration of calcium in the presence of large amounts of magnesium was also reported in this paper.
