阻抑孔雀石绿褪色光度法测定痕量钌的研究

摘 要:在硫酸介质和热水浴中,钌(对高碘酸钾氧化孔雀石绿的褪色反应有很强的抑制作用,据此建立了测定痕量钌(新的动力学光度分析方法。钌在0.003 6~0.022μg/mL范围内与阻抑反应和非阻抑反应的吸光度差值ΔA有良好的线性关系,线性方程为:ΔA=0.070 1+0.010 63ρ(μg/mL),方法的检出限为1.08×10-9 g/mL,对0.012μg/mL钌(平行测定11次的标准偏差为2.2×10-3。试验了30种共存离子的影响,大多数常见离子不干扰。方法用于某些冶金产品中钌的测定,结果满意。
Abstract: In sulphuric acid medium and hot water bath,ruthenium had strong inhibitory effect on the discoloring reaction of malachite green oxidized by potassium periodate.A new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace ruthenium was developed.The results showed that ruthenium had good linear relationship with absorbance difference △A of inhibition reaction and non-inhibition one in the range of 0.003 6-0.022 g/mL.The linear equation was △A=0.070 1 + 0.010 63 ρ(μg/mL),and the detection limit was 1.08×10-9 g/mL.For the determination of 0.012 g/mL ruthenium,the standard deviation(n=11) was 2.2×10-3.The effect of 30 coexisting ions was investigated.The results showed that most common ions had no interference.The proposed method was applied to the determination of ruthenium in some metallurgical products with satisfactory results.
