铝酸钠溶液晶种分解过程中的分形动力学

摘 要:研究了铝酸钠溶液晶种分解过程中晶种对种分的影响,提出了铝酸钠溶液种分反应的分形介质反应动力学关系式,通过实验研究了铝酸钠溶液在高固含情况下晶种分解过程中的谱维数变化.研究结果表明:铝酸钠溶液种分过程符合分形介质反应动力学的基本规律,种分过程中谱维数的变化与晶种的活性及温度有关;分形反应的速率常数kt与时间的谱维数相关,kt=ktds/2-1;以洗涤过的杂质含量少、没有附碱的氢氧化铝为晶种,铝酸钠溶液在45,50和55℃下种分,谱维数变化在1 h后存在转变时间点,而在65℃时则没有,随着温度升高,谱维数增大,前期反应活性增大;以未经洗涤、附碱含量高的氢氧化铝为晶种,在50℃存在谱维数转变点,在种分前期,反应谱维数较小,活性较低.
Abstract: The kinetics of the second-order reaction on fractals was used to study the precipitation of the seeded caustic aluminate solutions. The spectral dimensions of the precipitation reaction of aluminate sodium liquor when washed seeds and sodium-containing seeds were determined. The results prove that the rate constant kt is correlated with time, as kt=ktds/2-1. The rates of the precipitation of aluminate sodium liquor with washed seeds at the beginning are faster than that of the sodium-containing seeds. Experiment results show the precipitation rate can be activated by washed seeds and unactivated by sodium-containing seeds at the beginning, which is in accordance with the spectral dimensions.
