颗粒表面电化学反应电荷传递模型及其浮选意义

摘    要:分析了硫化矿物浮选分离体系中矿物颗粒表面反应电荷传递方式;对于不同的硫化矿物浮选体系,提出硫化矿物浮选过程中颗粒表面电化学反应电荷传递的3种模型:颗粒自身电荷传递模型;颗粒/液相介质电荷传递模型;颗粒/电极碰撞接触电荷传递模型。通过模型分析,讨论颗粒表面电化学反应电荷传递模型应用于不同硫化矿浮选工艺过程的浮选意义。研究结果表明:硫化矿物表面发生电化学反应时,反应电荷的传递与矿物性质、矿物表面特征、矿浆液相介质性质以及电位控制方式有关;所建立的模型对硫化矿物浮选电化学过程电位调控和复杂硫化矿物之间的浮选分离具有指导意义。

Abstract: The transfer mode of reacting charge on surface of ore particles in system of sulphide minerals flotation separation was analyzed. Three charge transfer models of electrochemistry reaction taking place on mineral particle′s surface were proposed for different system of sulphide flotation, which were model of charge transfer by particle itself, model of charge transfer on interface of mineral particle and liquid phase and model of charge transfer by the collision of particle and electrode. The flotation meaning of applying charge transfer models of electrochemistry reaction taking place on mineral particle′s surface to different sulphide ore flotation process was discussed. The results show that when the electrochemistry reaction takes place on the surface of sulphide ore, the transfer of reacting charge is related to mineral property, mineral surface character, property of pulp fluid phase and manner of pulp potential control. The setting-up of models will show great significance in the potential control of sulphide ore flotation and the flotation separation of complex sulphide ore.
