锌浸出液针铁矿法除铁

摘 要:使用微分反应器装置针铁矿法从湿法炼锌浸出液除铁,对含铁为Fe3+/Fe2+浸出液为待除铁液进行试验。结果表明,此法除铁易于工业实践,除铁效果好。在大量晶种存在时,溶液pH=2.5,除铁后溶液含铁量为0.0064g/L,除铁率为99.74%,而没有晶种存在时,相同pH值时,除铁率仅为90%,除铁后溶液含铁量大于0.07g/L。
Abstract: Removal of ferrous/ferric from the leaching solution of zinc in hydrometallurgy by goethite process using differential reaction apparatus is investigated with practical leaching solution containing ferric/ferrous ions.The results show that this method is easily controlled in industrial practice with high iron ions removal rate,over 99.7% of iron ions removal rate is achieved with a great deal crystal seeds in existence when pH equals 2.5,purified solution contains iron ions is about 0.0064g/L.Contrarily,iron ions removal rate is only 90% at the same pH value without crystal seed,purified solution contains iron ions is above 0.07g/L,besides.
