精炼钢渣硫赋存形式及含硫相形成机理

摘 要:采用微观分析和热力学分析手段对精炼钢渣物相析出过程及硫赋存形式和含硫相形成机理进行研究,在快速冷却条件下精炼钢渣物相析出充分,物相析出顺序与其相平衡温度有关,低熔点的铝酸钙以基体相形式析出,渣中物相析出机理符合CaO-SiO2-Al2O3伪三元渣系相图研究结果,在物相析出过程中硫在基体相中富集,并在各物相交界处与其它元素形成低熔点的混合渣相,在含硫渣相中,静电势较低的S2-与Ca2+形成CaS离子对,并与铝酸钙基体相发生置换反应,最终以铝酸钙硫化物的形式赋存于精炼钢渣的低熔点渣相中。
Abstract: The process of the phase separation and sulfur’s existence as well as the sulf-phase forming mechanism in solid refining slag were studied by means of micro-and thermodynamics analysis.In the conditions of rapid cooling,the phases were separated completely,the forming sequence of phases was related to their thermodynamic equilibrium temperature,and the calcium-aluminate was formed as basic phase due to its lower melting temperature.The forming mechanism of phases accorded with CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 phase diagram.The sulfur was enriched in the basic phase during separation forming complex phases at the boundaries with other elements of low melting temperature.The S2- and Ca2+ with lower electrostatic potential in complex sulf-phases formed CaS,which carries replacement reaction with the basic phase to form calcium-aluminate sulphide.
