摘 要:加入熔剂FX1使Al-TiO2反应体系的起始反应温度降低了130℃左右。在整个反应过程中 ,熔剂起清除存在于TiO2与Al间的Al2O3膜的作用。熔剂FX1与Al2O3的反应产物是一种新的熔剂 ,这种新的熔剂对Al2O3具有溶解和吸附作用。TiAl3的形态与反应温度、粉末加入方法及粉末加入量有关。随着制备工艺的不同 ,TiAl3可能呈粒状、块状、梅花状或针片状。
Abstract: Initial reaction temperature of Al-TiO2 system can be decreased considerably by flux for direct reaction method. For flux FX1, initial reaction temperature is decreased about 130 ℃. Al2O3 film between TiO2 and Al melt is eliminated by the flux during reaction. Products formed by reaction between the flux and Al2O3 are new fluxes which can dissolve and absorb Al2O3. The morphology of TiAl3 depends on the temperature, adding method and addition of TiO2 powder. The morphology of the TiAl3 may be particle, block, petal and/or flake.
