低温形成纳米金红石相TiO2的热稳定性

摘 要:以低温下获得的TiO2纳米金红石相为材料 ,讨论了烧结温度、保温时间、制备方法对其热稳定性的影响 ,导出了尺寸与温度和保温时间的关系式 :lnD =αT2+bT +c ,lnD=c+nlnt。结果表明添加氧化促进剂后所获得的纳米金红石有很好的热稳定性 ,并分析了其热稳定性机理。
Abstract: The effects of heating temperatures, holding time and preparing methods on the thermal stabilities of nano phase rutile prepared at low temperature were studied and lnD=αT2+bT+c , ln*! D=c+n lnt were deduced. The results show that this material has a good thermal stability and the possible mechanism is discussed.
