仲辛醇萃取钽的机理

摘 要:本文研究了仲辛醇从HF+H2SO4溶液中萃钽的机理,用红外光谱法及饱和有机相分析法研究了萃合物的组成。萃取反应按水化-溶剂化机理进行,萃合物组成为[(mROH·nRCOR’)·(H2O)w·H+]yTaFx,其中x=7和6,相应y=2和1,用工业仲辛醇不稀释萃取时,(m+n)的平均值为5—6。硫酸起盐析剂的作用。
Abstract: The mechanism of extraction of tantalum by sec-octyl alcohol from HF-H2SO4 system has been investigated. By means of the method of IR Spectral and chemical analyses of the loaded organic phases, the composition of the extracted species was shown to be [(mROH·nRCOR’)·(H2O)ω·H+]y TaFx, where x = 7 and 6, y = 2 and 1 respectively. The average value of the (m + n) is about egual to 5 -- 6 when the extractant is not diluted by kerosene. The data show that sec-octyl alcohol extracts complex acid, which is hydrated and solvated in the cation part. The sulfuric acid acts as a salting-out agent in the extracting process.
